Dr. Kenneth A. Arndt is Adjunct Professor of Surgery (Dermatology) at Dartmouth Medical School; and Clinical Professor of Dermatology, Emeritus, Harvard Medical School; and a partner at SkinCare Physicians.
Dr. Philip E. LeBoit is Professor of Clinical Pathology and Dermatology and Co-Director of the Dermatopathology Service at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Bruce U. Wintroub is Associate Dean and Professor and Chair of Dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine.

Dr. Leslie S. Baumann is chief executive officer of the Baumann Cosmetic & Research Institute in Miami Beach. She founded the cosmetic dermatology center at the University of Miami in 1997. Dr. Baumann wrote the textbook "Cosmetic Dermatology: Principles and Practice" (McGraw-Hill, April 2002), and a book for consumers, "The Skin Type Solution" (Bantam, 2006). She has contributed to the Cosmeceutical Critique column in Skin & Allergy News since January 2001 and joined the editorial advisory board in 2004. Dr. Baumann has received funding for clinical grants from Allergan, Aveeno, Avon Products, Galderma, Mary Kay, Medicis Pharmaceuticals, Neutrogena, Philosophy, Stiefel, Topix Pharmaceuticals, and Unilever.
Dr. Donna Bilu Martin is a board-certified dermatologist in private practice in Miami, specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She coauthored a published chapter in the 2008 textbook "Clinical and Basic Immunodermatology: Clinical Diagnosis and Management" (Springer, 2008) and numerous articles that have appeared in a variety of medical and dermatologic journals. Her work has been presented at national dermatology conferences. Dr. Bilu Martin is a volunteer instructor of dermatology at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.
Dr. Lily Talakoub is in private practice at McLean Dermatology Center in McLean, Va. A graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Talakoub did her residency in dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco. She is the author of multiple scholarly articles and a textbook chapter. Dr. Naissan Wesley is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon.
The author of over 20 published articles in the field of ethnic skin, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatologic surgery, Dr. Wesley is the invited Guest Editor of the first "Skin of Color" issue of Seminars of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery. She is a member of the Women's Dermatologic Society, American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Wesley completed medical school and residency at the University of California San Francisco and a procedural dermatology fellowship with Drs. Tom Rohrer, Jeff Dover, Ken Arndt, and Michael Kaminer at Skin Care Physicians in Chestnut Hill, MA. She is the director of Mohs Surgery at Skin Care and Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills.
Dr. Joseph S. Eastern practices dermatology and dermatologic surgery in Belleville, N.J. He is a clinical associate professor of dermatology at Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education in South Orange, N.J. Dr. Eastern is a two-time past-president of the Dermatological Society of New Jersey, and currently serves on its executive board. He holds teaching positions at a number of hospitals and has delivered over 500 academic speaking presentations. He is the author of numerous articles and textbook chapters, and is a long-time monthly columnist for Skin & Allergy News.
Dr. Alan Rockoff practices dermatology in Brookline, Mass. He is on the clinical faculty at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, and has taught senior medical students and other trainees for 30 years. Dr. Rockoff has contributed to the Under My Skin column in Skin & Allergy News since January 2002.
